Michi
Michi is a great place for guests who enjoy adventures. Located on Michipicoten Island, you can hike down to the old copper mine on the shore of Lake Superior, explore the 100 year old mine site, and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The Camp
This outpost is a two-bedroom frame camp with laminate flooring throughout. It’s wired with a generator, and has hot and cold running water with a shower facility. The camp has a 12' by 16' patio, a covered deck for grilling and boardwalks that run to all buildings. It has one refrigerator and 8 HP motors and a boat for every two guests. Michi has marked trails down to Lake Superior.
There is an easy five minute portage into Brian, an adjacent lake to Michi. This lake has more lake trout fishing with the odd rainbow trout being caught, some being up to 10+ pounds.
